Consultation is an important part of this process. There will not be a vote on the decision. The secondary campus will run a trial for Semester 2, 2022 and during this time families will be asked to provide feedback on what is working and what is not. As we progress into 2023 changes may happen to cater for any issues or concerns that may arise.
We understand that this structure may seem strange to families, however I can assure all families that this arrangement is run very successfully in many schools not only on the Gold Coast, but throughout Queensland.
