Lost laptop at school
If a student’s laptop is lost at school, the first course of action is to inform IT staff of the missing device by filling out the form below.
IT will then contact all staff, informing them of the lost laptop and to check the classrooms they are currently in. Following this, if the laptop has not been found, IT staff will be in contact with the family of the student to further the investigation.
Lost laptop Off Site
If a students laptop is lost off-site, please inform IT ASAP via the form below.
Once at school, student must talk to IT staff at One2One during opening hours (see here) to begin the investigation.
