If your files have disappeared while at home, making your laptop look like it has just been reimaged (i.e. all files missing, default background), this means your laptop may have temporarily lost connection to the network.
If your laptop has been away from the school’s network for an extended period of time, it may default back to how it appears when you first received it or when you receive a reimage.
To fix this, simply restart your laptop while connected to the schools WiFi. Once restarted and logged in, you will find all your files back where they belong.
