Students can bring their laptop in for technical support in the DLC during opening hours (see here).
If an IT staff member identifies an issue that requires a repair covered under warranty, there will be no cost for the repair.
Completion of repairs to laptops take approximately 3-4 days, subject to parts availability. If stock is available, a loan laptop will be provided for the duration of the repair.
