For damage repairs on student laptops there is an excess of $40, with a limit of one repair per year under our Accidental Damage protection (ADP) arrangement with Dell.
Payment must be made through the finance office in order to proceed with the repair. Additional fee’s may apply if the ADP has been exhausted for the year.
Completion of repairs to laptops take approximately 3-4 days, subject to parts availability.
If requested by the student and the excess has been paid, a loan device will be provided while the students device is in for repair.
